264 million people worldwide suffer from anxiety disorders.

Balance

In today’s society there is no escape. Staying away from stressful situations has become almost impossible.

The keys to reducing stress and anxiety lie within a change of mindset and a change in behavior.

I spent many years trying to be everything to everyone. Trying to be the best daughter, sister, friend, wife, employee, student, and later mom. Those of you that have tried it, know that’s impossible. I was left with a feeling of disappointment and failure. What I learned was that by living my life according to everyone else, I wasn’t living my life at all. AND no one actually knew who I was, including myself.

The first step to balancing the stress and anxiety is being comfortable in your own skin. God put each one of us on this earth to serve a purpose. Some of us are too scared and uncomfortable to take a chance to become this person.

The Process

It takes several slow and steady steps to have strength in who you are.

Start by developing a healthy lifestyle. A balance of nutrition, exercise, sleep.

Show people who you are. Be yourself. Don’t be afraid to speak your mind. Laugh, have fun, and enjoy your hobbies.

Next, find you passion in life. My passion is helping people.

The use of antidepressants has been steadily increasing over the years, with around 1 in 6 adults having taken antidepressant medications at some point in their lives. Although, these medications help many people, they also come with side effects.

If your feelings of anxiety are mild and can be connected to a stressful lifestyle, mood support supplements can help.

I put myself in control of my health and wellness. You can too! I would love to connect and hear what you are looking for and what challenges you are facing.
